Permutations of 20 character passwords are exhaustive and time consuming.

To even attempt brute force attack and expect an outcome within a reasonable amount of time would be noticed by Server Admins when the login server actually crashed or HIDS.

While I am pleased that all of you have decidely elevated me to hacker professional, I can honestly say that unless it involves some working salary or contract I am not going to spend my time trying to hack a EMU server.

With that said, Mellow was careless with his info and apparently does not even know everyone that he has(had?) shared his information with.

For that stupidity he paid the ultimate price. It is surprising, given his familarity with stripping and deleting characters that he is now mad about it.

The rest of you are hypocrites for even trying to rally to his plight when this has happened before(northwest, rufuss) and praises were given to a job well done.
