Question for GMs & Devs : If by example "I" Ninja loot epic pieces & turn in (when I know at 100% my guild didn't have fte) while GM busy or not online = keep my epic without any problem ?
Imo when people "steals" intentionally loot like FE did on last trakanon, guess temporary ban (imo) should be a good warning to stop this kind of douchebag actions.

there is a big difference between getting FTE and ninja looting. There is only a small difference between FTE and KSing. FTE vs KS comes down to intent, and thats hard/impossible to prove, so flame on. ninja looting is not getting the exp kill and looting the mob. when FTE is unclear the precedent is that the exp guild loots and scoots while the other guild petitions.
your question is useless because it implies that the GMs could ever know/prove that you knew you didn't have fte. looting a corpse that your guild didn't get exp on is against the rules everywhere, even in VP so they say.
again whoever gets exp has always just looted and left to do w/e they want to do. once in a while a GM is there for the kill and moves the loot before anyone has time to gate, but generally there is a lag time.
