I am curious though, how did Szeth get unbanned? Seeing as I admitted to selling it for RMT I can't imagine it being unbanned for any legitimate reason.

explains why the account is unbanned, this guy seems to get all the accounts he buys unbanned somehow. He probably is the owner of Durison as well.
