why do people like to solo?

I definitely prefer to group but I don't have as much dedicated EQ time as I would like at the moment. I still go lfg on Saturday or Sunday if I'm going to make it an EQ afternoon or whatever.

For the rest of the time, if I park myself somewhere I can easily get pulls and safely med, then I can grab a couple of kills every 20-30 minutes. If I do this for a few hours every day, then I can keep making at least some progress when I wouldn't really be able to otherwise.
