This is probably the worst "raiding" I've ever seen, from both sides.

People log on and expect to have a race for numbers, perhaps an FTE stall at most. People are not logging on expecting Trak AEing them on the ledge. There may have been situational errors on the part of FE, but the worst 'raiding' aspect of it clearly falls onto the group who decides to engage Trak and somehow fails to engage him...

When this happened to FE on the Trak after the increased agro range patch, FE did not need to be told that they had a bad engage; we admitted that our engage was wrong. TMO seems not able to accept the fact that they fucked up, instead comically trying to blame a sole wizard for disrupting their entire Trak engage and not their own inability or intentions.
