Sam.. the point we're contending is that it shouldn't be the case that being a certain level prevents the spell from even having a chance of landing. There aren't many posts from people talking about PvP resists or even parses. Most of it is probably from non-item loot servers (like this one) where you could wear tranix crowns etc etc and were from Velious era (hi2u blue diamonds everywhere).
Stop trying to rustle my Jimmies! Do you think this person would have tashed and gone for a Dazzle if they knew it had no chance ever of landing?
Seems like a very easy fix too and no, I'm not talking the resist system, just this and only this.
