Visceral, you often you make valid and relevant arguments, but more often than that you love to change the conversation and deflect from the issue at hand.

By bringing up issues that occurred in the past, that have already been addressed in numerous threads, it just shows a desperate need to deflect and spin. Its like the old question your mom used to ask you... "if he jumped off a bridge would you do it too?"

I am not condoning, nor attempting to cover up any past indiscretion for any member of any guild by these statements, I am simply saying that your ability to argue logically is impeded by doing this type of thing.

If its a battle you're not going to win, introducing some argument about "but that other guy did something back a year ago" just makes your argument weaker and soon nobody will care about your ability to make relevant and salient points. Instead, accept that the argument is not to be won, and move along to a new topic.
