Estrella you do in pieces. I had a swordfish and went in and made sure to kill two of her guards and gated out. Go back in, invis to where the pet was and recharm. Split the remaining guards with root and sic pet on Estrella and smash her with nukes.

Also, yes. Itemize for HP and AC, make sure you have both DS's on, and just stand there throwing fireballs and heals it's actually surprisingly effective. Summoners are... not good. You need to be able to survive getting your ass kicked so you can stabilize with root CC.
