Having a mob shout who aggroes it is harder to code then 3 second immunity to all aoe spells and having a mob not attack anyone for 3 seconds

FTE shout doesn't solve the problem of guilds camping spawn point with bards AFK autocasting aoe song nor does it stop poopsockers from jamming up their keyboard with spooge so their aoe spell button keeps firing.
