FTE is all that matters for the way this server is run. You don't want them getting raid mobs, stop killing their targets for them. If you are dumb enough to kill a mob you don't have FTE on, you deserve to lose that mob.

You don't know FTE until a gm checks after the kill so sometimes both guilds think they have it.

A simple FTE shout would fix this issue.
