I mean, I wouldn't say it was meaningless, if you died enough times you would start to feel the sting. I guess what I'm trying to say is I understand the position that death should have a "consequence" I'm just not sure the current consequence is of appropriate risk v reward ratio, particularly in the PVP event where in events like the FFA everyone except one WILL eat a death. In normal PVP scenarios you can zone / gate / pot, etc. An easy fix would be making rez restore EXP. /shrug

Regardless, it's great to see you take interest in the server and attempt to do cool things, week one was good, week two was better, and I'm sure the event will only continue to improve as it goes on, trying to be constructive here because I do think the event is great for the server, which is why I'm mentioning the EXP Loss, I've heard MANY people bitch about it, I've yet to really even be affected by it personally because again with my chanter exp is ez mode lol status, but I know at least two people who told me they weren't coming due to it. We can lol and call them pussies / faggots or whatever you like, but once the risk is so great that people refuse to engage in PVP because of it then I think it has become excessive.

p.s. I've now been on hold for two hours and ten minutes, FML
