Red99 an unknown error occurred while trying to join the server

Been attempting to log in for nearly the last 3 hours off and on. Can log into every server except red99. Tried every trick i've seen in these threads including resetting modem/router, restarting computer, clearing cookies/cache.

Tried another of my emu accounts and was able to log into red99 just fine, so it seems to be just this one account?
