Well finding even one recipe that uses foraged vegetables is a good sign for me.
What about the recipe books in the game? I know baking has them. Wouldn't checking what's in the drink recipe books give an idea of what was released when? Another thought would be to look at the EQ item ID numbers. Hulgarsh for example is EQ item ID: 16586. Not sure if they are in any sort of chronological order but if they are you would be able to show what expansion they were released in by what comes before and/or after it. Just a thought...
