Terror Forged Mask going to be nerfed here?

Thought it was nerfed by now in EQ and thinking of making a cleric and would make a human cleric for the unnerfed Terror Forged Mask as humans really have nothing going for them other than this item with the Call of Bones effect.

So is this going to get nerfed on here or not?
