Which class epics are still status symbols after Velious revamps?

I remember around the velious and even luclin days many rogues using their epic in the offhand, just for the haste benefit. It's a nice haste, and great stats.

Saying "and" instead of "or" cus on P99 you can place your Ragebringer into the RANGE slot which is pretty fucked up.
