cabilis necro spell turn ins

Curious if an agnostic enchanter with illusion iksar and collaboration can do the 51-54 spell turn ins for necros? I'm pretty well liked in general cab but i know the shaman still hate me...wondering if the necros are meanies too.

Or, the million dollar question...can an enchanter even DO another class spell turn in?
