Cleric Solo 57-60?

I want to say deep in lower guk, in the areas near the sentinel/frenzy. I was speaking to someone before, and I believe they said they got to 60 in that section. The "cross shaped" area near the sage I know for a fact was still dark blue at 55, but requires pacify root tricks to pull apart.

If that area doesn't work I think the parts near ghoul lord and magi can probably do it.

I don't think kunark is a good zone for solo, given the VAST amount of HP those mobs tend to have and their levels.
