Questions...I.E. does this work in srvr?

Hey y'all...hope to join you guys soon! (once I get my platinum disks buffed for a glitch free install)

Some minor details that had a lot of amusement/charm to them (and I miss dearly) and am very curious if they work here in p99 as they did in classic.

list o' questions, apologies if it's not yer thing, be cool guys...

1. Can a Chanter charm, give mob weapons/armor, release it and the mob will basically be armed with said gear?...will the gear decay after awhile?

2. If the armed mob is dispatched by a player can they loot what was given to the mob?...(wtf Fippy?!?!...the screaming mace?!?! lol)...does this work with coin as well?

3. What of dropped gear/coin?...can the next person who comes along grab it?...is there a decay time?

4. Does the cat/penalty-box exist on this srvr?...is the GM/guy who set all this up/power crazy dark lord [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] cool enough to port me there for a screenshot?

To the guy (Rogean I believe) who did all this /salute, be rdy for my $$$ that would otherwise go to a currently unwise SOE. To all those in-game hope to see y'all sooner than later!
