Eqemu log in problem

I havn't logged into my emu account in like 2 years. I wasn't even sure what my username was so I had the info sent to my email. I went to log in but anytime i try to post or change my profile i get this message... "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Why wouldn't i have sufficient privileges? Why might my account be disabled? any help?
