Its not rocket science. Pre patch nagafen and vox incorrectly banished but talendor, gore etc were in game. Nihilum, including this dev an influential member of his guild, killed these mobs because banish was incorrectly in, or so they claim. Ill accept that reasoning even if I think it's iffy. Now, post patch, naggy and vox dont banish but yet kunark dragons still in. You're still killing all the dragons now, clearly not in line with the intent. This to me is exploitation.
