Spells: Ignite Blood and Dispell

So I killed Drusella last night and before her gruesome death she hit me with ignite blood. I had cleverly left my first slot open, so I went to dispell it . . . and it ignored the dot and took out my clarity. Did it again just to make sure I wasn't missing something and got my enlightment [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Not sure if this is an intentional change or not.
