(wiz) "tears of .... "spell line

the tears line does not the dmg it is supposed to do

example:
tears of solusek: listed in wiki on top with 869 dmg per wave (same as on allakhazam) but on the bottom of the same page it says 645 dmg per wave.

plus it doesnt increase in dmg while u lvl up

how comes?
