What's going on in EQLive?

Okay I have not played live since like 04 or 05 SO I was wondering about a few things.

I've noticed that low levels mobs are listed as having crazy loot...

Are these ultra-rare drops or something? I'm not seeing how a level 18 trash mob should be dropping stuff like that. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]


Another question, fabled mobs with fabled gear?

That's all I can think of at the moment but would like to keep this thread alive as an EQLive Q & A of sorts.
I highly doubt at this point I would ever go back but my curiosity gets the better of me sometimes.
