If TMO didn't typically do this type of stuff then sure, id claim photoshop or what have you. Unfortunately nothing will come of this because there is not a FRAPS running, and as we all know, Screenshots mean shit.

So if you can get the jump on someone's camp (and a 60 wizard can do this better than anyone) go for it. It takes 1 spell and very unlikely someone is going to run FRAPS on you right as you cast a spell.

Don't forgot the lack of any screen shots of conversation between the accuser and accused, the lack of any screen shot of the accused on the corpse, the lack of a screen shot of the corpse poofing after the accused supposedly looted it, the lack of FTE evidence, the incomplete screen shot and record provided, the lack of corroborating witnesses, the lack of any rebuttal statement from the accused.

This is nothing more than fluff and smear, the accuser could have simply petitioned and if the act took place, then the GM/guide could have taken appropriate action. The accuser could have also taken his evidence to a TMO officer, but instead chose to bring what little evidence he did have to RnF where the burden of persuasion varies from innuendo to beyond a reasonable doubt.
