skulking brute

killed over 15 runtlings and no sign of the skulking brute in WW. I saw a bugreport 4 months ago where Kanras fixed the runtlings dropping the quest item - maybe the people with the shackle got it off them? It seems relatively few monks go for the quest since its so obnoxious.
