Grats to Nilbog and Devs for making the Kunark launch on red cool; showing they could do a better/smoother Prog server than big brother.

I presume deleveling (very popular on RZ back in the day) is not working on R99? Just curious; never deleveled but did enjoy nuking them on RZ.

I'm assuming because you lose xp on pvp death that you can be de-leveled
