TMO never clears and clears, BDA has broken into fear the last 10 times or so and either TMO leapfrogs us and snags the kill or we manage to snag it, either way it's only going to get stupider with the ambrotos rules being removed

Admittedly I don't make it to a majority of the raids in Fear because of RL obligations, so I can't speak to your claim of "never" clears; however, on this date, and under the prior rule, we were fucking clearing. There was no kiting as, what appears to be, the customary strategy for Draco. Luckily the rules have been clarified, and we know we can fire up the bard again! [You must be logged in to view images.
