tmo was very close to putting that in place, until other raid guilds decided to go back to the petition rule game.

If you ask I am sure someone will post the lengthy discussion on our forums dated prior to our suspension regarding what we were willing to do with raid targets, I am sure most of you would have been happy and some of you would have been blow away with what we had in store.

Funny, TMO has allways been finding excuse to not do it, back with VD their excuse was when VD entered VP to mess with them. Stop finding stupid excuses and just assume that you don't want to share, it is not a big deal.
