Spells: Shrink and Charmed pets

Charmed pets should be shaman shrinkable. Found some evidence from 2001.

I believe you can heal MOBs if they have been charmed.

A charmed mob is a pet...you can heal, shrink, buff, etc.

I've seen bored chanters charm fire giants, get them shrunk, haste, and damage shield them...they make quite the tank

Levelling up is sol b at the efreeti with a chanter was interesting, had a lava guardian tank for quite a while...that damage shield and hp's make a better tank than most warriors

Not sure if both this and the fact F8 picks up charmed pets (it should not) is related.

Obviously not game breaking but adds some fun and flavor to the world.
