He only needs to be behind one proxy, and it's obvious that he is because he has been IP banned before. But the proxy can't hide him, and I seriously doubt that it's even a privately owned proxy... He will be using free public proxies, and these hold a record of who has been through, when, and where.
Not only that but I would bet that the very first original IP address he used and got banned, will be his genuine IP. I should also mention that what he is doing is technically illegal. | ||
