![]() Evidence of a claim is an issue, which is why it was addressed early in this thread. The best suggestion is to communicate as best as you are able to anyone who might stumble across your kill within the timeframe it takes to log over.
In your example using the AC, two wrongs don't make a right. As has been shown earlier(subject to some dissent), if you do not kill a mob you do not own the rights. Coming across someone who might be ninjalooting a corpse is not license for you to participate as well. Even without evidence, the server logs will always vindicate the owner of the loot rights. Please note, this is mostly an academic discussion. The logistics of actually getting a GM to go log diving are an entirely different discussion.
