An Ice Goblin Alchemist

I have been camping the alchemist for 8 hours today. I have seen him once all day, the rest of the day it has been nothing but place holders. Yesterday, I camped him for 3 hours, and saw him 5 times. I'm not sure if this is because of the patch, or the random number generator hating me today, but I thought I would bring it to your attention.
