You gotta realize that for every person who sends a report there's probably 5 or more who get a chuckle out of it. I'm sure you say it's the same handful of people who get reported (and that's probably true) but at the same time it's probably the same handful of people who are also filing the reports. On the other hand, the people who enjoy the banter don't have the same recourse to express their enjoyment... I mean it would be dumb for me to open a petition to express my enjoyment of some conversation I had, or game feature I was experiencing.
