Over the years , I've always wondered why people are unable to properly abbreviate the name of that zone.
In fact, I've noticed most people don't even know its name.

They aren't abbreviating the zone they are abbreviating the camp. The keep guards are a separate camp from the basement gobbies. Which is why ppl say hhk or hhb. Highpass hold keep or highpass hold basement.
