Crashing on only one character

Just got a new computer and I'm having issues. First night I would disconnect often. Second night, the game just froze in Unrest. Every time I try to log that specific character back in, it crashes once it loads. Other characters, even in that zone, are all fine. I've tried using WinEQ but it keeps asking for a newer version than DirectX 9 and im using DX10. Any ideas? Thanks!
