Barking up the wrong tree bro.

Per my advice, they've ALREADY increased xp on the server and it scales like this:

1-10 : 50% exp bonus
11-20: 40% exp bonus
21-30: 30% exp bonus
31-40: 20% exp bonus
41-50: 10% exp bonus
