Problem logging in!

Okay, so when I go to type in my password at the log in screen, any letters or numbers that I type in do not appear on the screen, which obviously isn't allowing me to type in my password to play! When I hit any spaces or symbols they appear, but nothing else does, wtf! Does this mean God hates me and doesn't want me to play EQ?! Please help [You must be logged in to view images.
