Question about power leveling?

Hello,

I am interested in getting my level 19 Dwarf Cleric pl'd to around level 35. So i was wondering what class i should get to pl me as well as roughly how long it takes to get pl'd to 35 from lvl 19. I would be paying top notch for the best pl i can get. Thanks in advance for any info all
