Yes, because the order one has their buffs in when they're banking and just happen to see a KOS in the zone is so indicative of one's skill.

Personally, I don't have the patience for that shit half the time, and for this particular instance it obviously had no bearing on the outcome.

But Nirgon, do tell; where can one read the Nirgon's school of slotting buffs?
