I am disappoint.

You said your first pup was named through general chat, what was it's name?
[You must be logged in to view images. Vox also is a device used in warhammer 40k, Vox-Casters communication devices.

The first dog to be named via eq2 was a chiwawa... named Peanut. Not super deep, but at 5lbs it suits her. That was maybe 3 years back. Some of THOSE recommendations were funny lemme tell you, DirtBike still sticks out as one that was passed around for an hour.

We also have a rottweiler, named Abbadon after warhammer40k, the warmasters second and now leader of the Black Crusade. Its also a Hebrew work meaning "A place of destruction", "The Destroyer", "Depths of Hell" so it works all around.

Also, a cat...named Luke..Skywalker.

And another cat, now deceased, named Phobos, a ship in EvE online, and also one of the moons of mars, also son of Aries and the god of Fear, and hence also DOOM took place there so nailed 3 birds with one stone there.

All of our pets are addicted to cuddles and kisses and not one has ever lived up to their name, except maybe Luke who crys incessantly....
