unless encounter logs reset after each DT, whoever has the FTE is going to be shown at the top.

Doesn't matter if someone took a DT 5seconds after or prior if it doesn't reset, he still has FTE.

If inny never disengaged, pennand had fte.
if he did disengage after the dt, pennand shows as FTE, then it's FTE.

Unless the logs were misread, or they reset after each DT, i don't see how someone can be listed as having FTE and not actually have it.
