Close EQ (all the way, aka no eqgame.exe running)
Open a command prompt (google it if you don't know) Type ipconfig /flushdns , hit enter Retry. Fails? ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew ->hit enter -> let it do its thang, give it a min -> retry Fails? Open a web browser after the above steps and close it. -> Retry Fails? Reboot, retry. Else? Patience :P or try doing it in order, smart guy. You can also try restarting Window DNS services, not interested in Googling these for your specific version of Windows either but the truth is out there... Sometimes and with other games like League of Legends or even Rift, I noticed that generating a little HTTP traffic after clearing DNS cache or resetting your IP works.
