Rules for spawned epic mobs

What if multiple people are feverishly clicking away waiting to trade with a mob that may spawn, and when he does multiple characters may have conceivably done the turn-in to spawn the mob, which is now aggro on everyone. What if this happens when no GM's are around. Is there a way to determine whose it is?

Yes. Work it out before it spawns. Having multiple people spam click a soon to be popping mob is just asking for trouble.

Roll for it. Or duel for it. Or have a druid/ranger determine which character was in the zone first using track. Pushing and shoving, then lawyering up is not the answer.
