Rules for spawned epic mobs

It's that a certain group of players has zero interest in playing nice when it comes to epic mobs. They want to try and twist rules to make their behavior acceptable.

I've heard alot of so-called rules that I can't find posted? I'm getting the feeling lately people are making up their own rules as they go.
