Is there a fix for splotchy armor textures?

I apologize if this is a duplicate thread - I searched for awhile and couldnt find any answers.

Is there a fix to revert the armor textures back to before luclin broke them?

splotches as such, human/half elf helms being blacked out where eyes arent visible, etc.,
