1) resists dont mean shit- Beta tricked people. Giving everyone shit like cof and all resist pieces and russet armor will skew input that just was not accounted for.

2) Its a pvp server on a 10+ year old game. If it was p99 pop i would understand no need for global occ but shit son 200 pop isnt classic, just get off your high horse and put in global. It will help lfg-ers and spark excitement, its not like GMs are around getting spammmed by global occ. The pop is dropping quick. Its already about to hit life support. Get the fricking Epinephrine and try to kick start this corpse of a server instead of it just letting it rott.

3) Yellow text. WTF do you have to lose? Put it in

your P99 model for success doesnt exactly seem to be applying very well. time to try drastic things when server pop gets drastically low
