NPC Spawn Issue: Peg Leg // a lesser spirit

Upon Peg Leg's death a lesser spirit (shaman epic) is not spawning as it should.

I've noticed that when you kill the bandits in the camp with Peg Leg, a lesser spirit appears. I believe it pops when you kill PegLeg. I was fighting all four at the time and don't recall. The lesser spirit is in a ghostly wolf form and dies easier than the bandits.

i noticed that after i kill this guy a lesser spirit (a wolf shaman) spawns on top of his corpse.
