Miscellaneous: Project 1999 Banner Links

I just wanted to point out that the Project 1999 Banner has two different links associated with it depending on where you are on the site. If you are on the home page the banner links to :

http://www.project1999.org/index.php (Same as the Home button on the navigation bar)

If you are navigating the forums however, the banner links you to:

http://www.project1999.org/forums/index.php (The Forum button on the navigation bar)

This may be an architecture that was intended, but it seemed to be inconsistent to me so I thought I would just point it out. Cheers!
