Not much difference to encourage a 3rd party "OOC" compared to a built-in one.. if we have access to a recognized global chat, then should just implement it in the game where it's convenient that people will actually use ..

"Hey guys, you shouldn't smoke pot! But you can bring your own pot and smoke in the corner over there, but other than that, STRICTLY NO POT.."
