There are tips for neighborhoods and individuals who may be caught up in a bad situation not of their liking or doing. There are also a few tips for people who may want to get involved when the streets are taken, but don't know what to do.

What do you think? Besides guns, idiot. Do you have any experience with survivalism or post-apocalyptic theorycrafting? Do you know of any resources which may be useful or interesting when things get shut off?
